Noah Richler’s radio documentary, A Literary Atlas of Canada composed of 10 episodes was first broadcast on CBC’s Ideas, on Wednesday evenings in the spring of 2005. It later aired Sunday mornings in the summer of 2006.
A witty companion book, This Is My Country, What’s Yours?: A Literary Atlas of Canada, based on Richler’s interviews with nearly 100 novelists and short story writers, about the country, its myths, and what it means to them, was published in September 2006 and has undoubtedly stirred up the conversation since.
